Beths Grammar Continues their upward trend
of Top GCSE Grades
We are delighted to report that, this year over half of all qualifications (51%) sat this summer are either grades 9-7 or A* or A from the legacy qualifications sat in Year 10. Our 9-8 and A* grades have more than doubled over the past three years from 13% to 28% with eleven of our students achieving a top grade 9 in each of the subjects - Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Some of our top achievers include Samuel H who achieved eight grade 9, two grade 8 and two A* at GCSE; Jeff E who achieved seven grade 9 and four grade 8; Richard C and Dhairhya G both achieved seven grade 9, three grade 8 and one A* at GCSE; Daniel C and Ethan L both achieved six grade 9 at GCSE; William A achieved five grade 9 at GCSE, Callum D, Nabil C and Farhan S all achieved four grade 9 and a significant number of grade 8 at GCSE.
Headteacher, Mr Blyghton said he was delighted with the results this summer and hoped that the school can continue to build upon these each year. He congratulated all students upon their achievements and wished them further success in their 6th Form studies in September.
