Year 7 Open Events - Entry September 2025

Beths Grammar School is proud to offer open events. Enjoy a personalised experience with our student-guided tours, where you can see our facilities, meet our dedicated staff, and hear first-hand from students about their journeys and life at Beths. Don't miss this chance to discover what makes our school special!

Please find below the dates and times for our upcoming open events. Please note that some days will have morning sessions, while others will have afternoon sessions. Be sure to book your ticket carefully.

All open morning sessions run between 9:30am -11:15am

All open afternoon sessions run between 2:15pm - 3:45pm.

  • Monday 7th October 2024 - Open Afternoon
  • Tuesday 8th October 2024 - Open Afternoon
  • Wednesday 9th October 2024 - Open Morning
  • Thursday 10th October 2024 - Open Morning 
  • Friday 11th October 2024 - Open Morning 
  • Monday 14th October 2024 - Open Morning 
  • Tuesday 15th October 2024- Open Morning 
  • Wednesday 16th October 2024 - Open Morning 
  • Thursday 17th October 2024 - Open Afternoon
  • Friday 18th October - Open Morning 

 We ask attendees to only book one open event. In the event that you can no longer attend the day you originally booked, please cancel the ticket and rebook for a different event.

Rules and extra information:

  • Parking is not available on site and restrictions apply in neighbouring roads. There are a number of NCP car parks nearby and Hall Place car park is only a short walk away.
  • These visits are reserved for families with children in Year 6 only. We will be holding open events for Year 5 later on in the school year. 
  • This event will be ticketed to avoid overcrowding and to control the amount of people in our school.
  • You will be able to reserve ONE â€¯ticket per family which will allow entry for up to THREE people (for example 1 child and 2 adults). The only exception is families with multiple children in the same school year (for example twins), please only book one ticket in this case. 
  • Please bring booking confirmation or your tickets to attend the event.
  • We operate a no ticket no entry policy, tickets/ booking confirmation will be checked to allow entry.
