We know how important choosing the right school for your child is. That is why we offer bespoke open evening events which really bring to life what it is like to be a Beths Scholar, and as parents, what being part of the Beths community truly means for your family. We offer a personalised experience for each family, with each event providing an opportunity to hear directly from the Beths Grammar Sixth Form Team, alongside having student-guided tours of our facilities and subject lessons, where you can also speak with students and staff.
Please find below the dates and times that we are intending to hold open events. Note that some days will have morning events and others will have afternoon events.
All open morning sessions run between 9:15am -10:15am, last entry 9:30am.
All open afternoon sessions run between 2pm – 3pm, last entry 2:15pm.
To ensure a safe and well-organised event, this will be ticketed. Please note that entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted. To book an open event, please click here https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/Beths-Grammar-School/beths-grammar-sixth-form-guided-tours-september-2025-entry/e-vkqzaz
We ask attendees to only book one open event and arrive with a parent/responsible adult.
In the event that you can no longer attend the day you originally booked, please cancel the ticket and rebook for a different event.
Extra information:
- Parking is not available on site and restrictions apply in neighbouring roads. There are a number of NCP car parks nearby and Hall Place car park is only a short walk away.
- These visits are reserved for families of Year 11 students, attending with a parent or responsible adult.
- This event will be ticketed to avoid overcrowding and to control the amount of people in our school.
- You will be able to reserve ONE ticket per family which will allow entry for up to TWO people (for example 1 child and 1 adult). The only exception is families with multiple children in the same school year (for example twins), please only book one ticket in this case.
- Please bring booking confirmation or your tickets to attend the event.
- We operate a no ticket no entry policy, tickets/ booking confirmation will be checked to allow entry.
