Beths Grammar School students achieve exceptional GCSE results

Students at Beths Grammar School in Bexley are celebrating a strong set of results today, following the publication of GCSE grades.

2026 was a record-breaking year for GCSE results at Beths Grammar School with 18.3% of all grades were 9 and 44% were grade 8 or 9. 64.2% of all grades also achieved the top 9-7, which is an increase of 5% on 2025.

In computing, geology, Mandarin and statistics, over 30% of students were awarded grade 9. In electronics, 76.5% of students were awarded grade 8 or 9, in mathematics, further mathematics, statistics and Mandarin well over 60% of students were awarded grade 8 or 9. 83% of students were awarded grade 9-7 in mathematics.

This high-performing grammar school has seen continued success, with some of the standout individual achievements, including:

• Aviraj B, Athavan M, Kareem P and Ahmed P who all achieved 11 grade 9s
• Gabriel C who achieved 9 grade 9s
• Yusuf A, Ethan C, Ahmad K, Manolis P and Jaswin S who achieved 8 grade 9s
• Zeid A, Graeme W who achieved 7 grade 9s

Many students are now looking forward to continuing their studies at Beths Grammar School’s highly popular co-educational Sixth Form that offers 30 A Level courses.
