Beths Grammar School students excited for future as they open A Level results
Students and staff at Beths Grammar School, located on Hartford Road in Bexley, are celebrating after achieving another excellent year of A Level results. Many students are now preparing to progress to the university, apprenticeship or job of their choice.
More than half of all A Level grades were awarded at A* to B, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the school’s post-16 students. Nine students have gone on to read medicine. Among the individual successes, one student achieved four A* grades and six students achieved three A* grades. Overall, 11 students secured two or more A* grades, with 34 students achieving at least one A*, demonstrating the strength of achievement across the cohort.

Charles, who is going to the University of Exeter to read medicine said:
“Beths has prepared me very well for university. I’m very grateful for my seven years here.”

“Focus on yourself and your grades. It doesn’t matter where you start, it’s where you end up. Beths pushed me and I’m so grateful for that.”

“It has been a fantastic morning, with a real sense of excitement as we celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Beths scholars. Over the past two years, our students have made the most of our new sixth form facilities and seeing their hard work rewarded is a moment of immense pride for our school community.
“As our students now prepare to take their next steps, whether that’s progressing to university, starting an apprenticeship or entering the workplace, we are confident they leave Beths with the knowledge, skills and self-belief to flourish. We hope they carry forward our values of excellence, community and respect wherever they go, and we wish every one of them the very best for the future.”
